
The agreement between AEG Live, the Columbia Pictures studios and the two executives appointed by Jackson in his will to manage their property in case of death was signed by the parties last week, but was awaiting court approval.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff today authorized the project after the lawyers for the mother of the "king of pop", Katherine Jackson, the heir along with the children of the artist 80 percent of the assets of the singer, do not submit claims for production of film.
If they objected, however, the contract closed between AEG Live and promotional products company Bravada, which gave this company the operational control of marketing worldwide.
The film will use some of the 100 hours of images recorded during the tests AEG Live Jackson in Los Angeles days before his death, although he was prohibited material was used to explain any negative aspects of the author of "Thriller."

The agreement included a disc with the soundtrack of the film as well as two special editions of the film on DVD.
Columbia Pictures paid $ 60 million for rights to the film, which will give 90 percent of its profit to the empire built by Jackson.
